Icons, from the Greek eikon meaning «image», are sacred objects in Orthodox Christianism. Central to religious rituals, they are considered a window on the invisible world. This series of images, captured in 2015 and 2018, is a collection of my impressions on Russia. They are to be interpreted as personal icons, windows on a Russia at the thin line between fantasy and reality.

Series exhibited at Galerie Space Place - Nizhny Tagil, Russia, in 2018.
Exhibition curatorship : Evgeny Komukhin
